  • (Scope of application)
    Article 1 The accommodation contract concluded with the hotel guests and the related contract shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and any matters not stipulated in these provisions shall be governed by laws and regulations or generally established customs. It depends.
     2. If the Hotel accepts a special agreement within the scope not violating laws and customs, the special agreement shall take precedence regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph. 

    (Apply for an accommodation contract)
    Article 2 A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with the hotel shall submit the following matters to the hotel.
       (1) Guest name
       (2) Date of accommodation and estimated time of arrival
       (3) Accommodation fee
       (4) Other items deemed necessary by the hotel
     2. If a guest proposes to continue staying during the stay beyond the date of stay specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will treat it as if a new accommodation contract had been applied at the time of the offer. .

    (Establishment of accommodation contract, etc.)
    Article 3 The accommodation contract shall be concluded when the Hotel has accepted the application set forth in the preceding Article.However, this does not apply if the hotel proves that it did not consent.
     2. When the accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by the hotel shall be paid by the date designated by the hotel, up to the regular room rate for the accommodation period (3 days if more than 3 days). I will.

The application fee will be applied first to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest, and in the event that the provisions of Articles 6 and 17 apply, the penalty will be applied in the order of compensation. Failure to pay the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the same paragraph shall result in the accommodation contract losing its effect.However, this is only possible if the hotel has informed the guest of the date of payment of the application fee.

    (Special contract that does not require payment of application fee)
    Article 4 Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may comply with a special agreement that does not require payment of the application fee specified in the same paragraph after the conclusion of the contract.
    2. In accepting the application for an accommodation contract, if the hotel does not request payment of the application deposit set forth in paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify the payment date of the application deposit, it will be treated as in accordance with the special agreement of the preceding paragraph You.

    (Refusal of accommodation contract)
    Article 5 The hotel may not respond to the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
    (1) When the application for accommodation is not based on these Terms and Conditions
    (2) When there are no rooms available due to full occupancy
    (3) When it is recognized that there is a risk that the person who intends to stay may act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations or public order or good morals with regard to lodging.
    (4) When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease
    (5) When it is not possible to stay due to natural disasters, failure of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons
    (6) When it is deemed that the person who intends to stay is drunk, etc. and will cause significant inconvenience to other guests
    (7) When a person who intends to stay is deemed to fall under any of the following a to c

  • (Guest cancellation right)
    Article 6 The Guest may cancel the Accommodation Contract by applying to the Hotel.
    2. In the event that the Guest cancels all or part of the Accommodation Contract due to grounds attributable to the Guest (the Hotel shall specify the due date of the application fee and make the payment in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2).     Article 7 The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.

    (2) When requesting payment of the application deposit set forth in Article 3, paragraph 2, when the payment is not received by the deadline
    (3) When it is deemed that there is a risk that the Guest may act against the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good morals with respect to accommodation, or when it is deemed to have performed the same act.
    (4) When the Guest is clearly identified as having an infectious disease
    (5) When violent demands are made regarding accommodation or when a burden exceeding a reasonable range is requested.
    (6) When it is not possible to stay due to natural disasters, failure of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons
    (7) When the Guest is deemed to cause significant inconvenience to other Guests due to drunk etc.
    (8) When the Guest has a behavior that significantly inconveniences other Guests or the employees of the Hotel.
    (9) When we do not follow the instructions of our hotel employees
    (10) When trying to stay or use more than the number of people who have applied for accommodation
    (11) When the Guest is deemed to fall under any of the following a to c

    2. If the hotel cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, there will be no charge for accommodation services that have not yet been provided to the guest.

    (Registration of accommodation)
    Article 8 Guests shall register the following items at the hotel's front desk on the day of accommodation.

    (3) Departure date and scheduled departure time
    (4) Other items deemed necessary by the hotel
    2. If the Guest intends to pay the fees set forth in Article 11 by using a currency such as a travel check, accommodation voucher, or credit card, he / she must present them in advance when registering in the preceding paragraph.

    (Room usage time)
    Article 9 Guests may use the hotel rooms from 2:00 pm to 11:00 the following morning.However, when staying consecutively, it can be used all day except for the arrival date and departure date.
    2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will only use the rooms beyond the check-out time if the hotel permits.In this case, 10% of the regular room rate per hour will be charged up to one night.

    (Compliance with usage rules)
    Article 10 Guests shall comply with the rules of use established by the Hotel and posted in the Hotel.

    (Payment of fees)
    Article 11 Fees shall be paid at the hotel's front desk at the time of check-in by the guest using currency or travel checks, coupons, credit cards, etc. approved by the hotel.However, we do not handle personal checks.
    2. Even if the guest does not arbitrarily stay after using the room, the room charge will be charged.
  • (Our responsibility)
    Article 12 The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for the performance of the Accommodation Contract and related contracts, or for any damages to the Guest due to their failure to perform.However, this does not apply if it is not attributable to the hotel.
    2. The liability for accommodation at the hotel begins when the guest registers at the hotel's front desk or enters the room, whichever comes first, and when the guest opens the room for departure. Ends in

    (Handling when contracted rooms cannot be provided)
    Article 13. If the hotel cannot provide the guest with the contracted room, the hotel shall, with the consent of the guest, circulate other accommodation under the same conditions as possible.

If the hotel cannot circulate other accommodation facilities, regardless of the provisions of the preceding page, the hotel shall pay the guest a compensation equivalent to the penalty, and shall apply the compensation to the damages.However, if there are no grounds attributable to the hotel that the rooms cannot be provided, no compensation fee will be paid.

    (Handling of deposited items)
    Article 14 If the Guest has lost or damaged the goods, cash or valuables deposited at the front desk, such as loss or damage, the Hotel shall discuss the damage unless it is force majeure I will compensate you.However, for cash and valuables, if the hotel requests a declaration of the type and value, and if the guest does not do so, the hotel will limit the damage up to 50,000 yen.     2. When the Guest loses or damages the goods or cash brought into the Hotel or valuables that were not deposited at the front desk due to the intentional or negligence of the Hotel; , The Hotel will discuss the damages and compensate you.However, the hotel shall compensate the hotel for damages up to 50,000 yen unless the hotel has specified the type and value in advance, unless the hotel has intentional or serious negligence.
    3. Items such as works of art and antiques are not accepted.

    (Storage of guest's baggage or personal belongings) 
    Article 15 If the guest's baggage arrives at the hotel prior to accommodation, the baggage shall be stored responsibly only when the hotel has consented to it before arrival, and shall be used when the guest checks in at the front desk. I will pass it.

In the event that the guest's baggage or personal belongings have been misplaced at the hotel after the guest has checked out, the hotel will, in principle, wait for an inquiry from the owner and ask for instructions.If there is no owner's instruction or if the owner is unknown, deliver valuables and items containing personal information to the nearest police station within 7 days including the date of discovery, and after 3 months for other items I will dispose of it.However, foods, tobacco, magazines, etc. that impair the hygiene environment will be disposed of on the same day.

    (Parking responsibility)
    Article 16 When guests use the hotel's parking lot, the hotel will lend a place and will not be responsible for the management of the vehicle.However, in the case of damages due to the intentional or negligence of the hotel in managing the parking lot, it shall be liable for the damages.

    (Guest Responsibilities)
    Article 17 If the hotel suffers damage due to the intentional or negligence of the guest, the guest shall compensate the hotel for the damage as follows.
    (1) If the guest room or other equipment of this hotel becomes dirty or damaged, and the sale or use of the guest room or other equipment becomes impossible, the guest shall pay the hotel the following expenses: I will pay you.

    (3) If a guest smokes in a designated smoking area of the hotel, the guest shall pay a reasonable amount of damages according to the damage.

    1. About what you want to protect for safety and security
    (1) Do not use fire for heating, cooking, etc. in corridors and rooms.
    (2) Do not smoke in a place where a fire may be caused, such as in a bed, or in a designated smoking area.
    (3) Do not use the guest room for any purpose other than accommodation without permission.
    (4) The evacuation route map from the cabin is posted behind the cabin entrance door, so please check it.
    (5) Please check the lock before leaving the room during your stay.
    (6) If your door is knocked during your stay, please open the door with the door guard (drain) on it or check with the door scope.
    If you think you are suspicious, please contact the front desk.
    (7) Please use the lobby to meet with visitors and do not meet in guest rooms.
    (8) Staying may be refused if you have a illness that may cause discomfort or inconvenience other guests.

    2. Handling of valuables and custody
    (1) Please leave valuables at the front desk after specifying the type and price.However, we cannot accept the following items, so please understand.
    A. Goods or money, etc. with a value exceeding 500,000 yen
    I. Artifacts, antiques, and other fragile items
    C. Equipment having an information recording device(PCs, mobile phones, other IT equipment, etc.)
    D. Goods related to personal information(Customer list, etc.)
    (2) Until otherwise specified, the storage period for stored items is limited to three months after departure.
    (3) Unless otherwise specified, the storage period of the checked items received from the lost item customer will be 3 months from the date of the notification.

    3. About accommodation and payment
    (1) As a general rule, you will be charged for accommodation upon arrival.
    (2) Rooms cannot exceed the number of contracted guests.In the unlikely event that usage beyond the number of contracts is discovered without notice, the excess usage will be charged.
    (3) To change the number of nights, please contact the hotel front desk in advance.
    (4) If you want to extend the number of nights, please understand in advance that you will be charged for the extra room charges in advance.
    (5) The hotel will accept requests for no cleaning for two days and nights. However, if the hotel exceeds two days and nights, the rooms will be cleaned for sanitary maintenance.

    Four. Please note that the following acts are strictly prohibited in our hotel.
    (1) Do not bring anything that may disturb other guests into the hallway or guest room.

    (6) Please do not unnecessarily bring in visitors into the guest room or use the equipment and materials of the guest room.
    (7) Do not take out the items in the guest room outside the hotel or move them to other places in the hotel.
    (8) Do not attach foreign objects to the hotel buildings or facilities, or do any processing that changes the current situation.
    (9) Do not hang items on the window that would upset the hotel.
    (10) Do not distribute advertising materials, sell goods, donate or collect signatures to other guests in the hotel.
    (11) Do not leave shoes or other belongings in the corridor or lobby.
    (12) Do not order food or drink outside the hotel without permission from the hotel.
    (13) Do not use hair dye or bleach in the guest room.
    (14) Please do not take photographs that may cause inconvenience to customers inside the facility or in the guest room.
